Research Objective
To understand the efficacy of the STARS program, inform improvements, and determine key factors that will help all programs move to higher levels within the STARS system.
Participants
Start with STARS, STAR 1, and STAR 2 providers
Methods
Following the same protocol that is used at the STAR 3 and 4 levels, each selected program will receive one to several classroom observations that will take place over a predetermined four week period.
